Return Policy

Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may request a return and refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product if it is in new or like-new condition without any manufacturing defects (activated products are not eligible).
  • Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product if it has a manufacturing defect.

Exclusions from Return & Refund

Returns and refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The request is made beyond 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • The product is returned without all original accessories and packaging or is in a non-new condition (e.g., cracks, dents, scratches).
  • No valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided, or if such documents are altered.
  • Damage is caused by unauthorized use, modifications, improper installation, or exposure to moisture, water, oil, sand, or other foreign objects.
  • Product labels, serial numbers, or waterproof marks have been tampered with.
  • Damage results from uncontrollable external factors (e.g., fire, flood, extreme weather conditions).
  • The product is not returned within 7 calendar days after return confirmation from LasGoo.
  • Any other circumstances outlined in this policy.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
  2. LasGoo will review the request within 2 working days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-14 business days (processing time depends on your bank or credit card issuer).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product performance issue.

Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of receiving the product if it does not match the original description in one or more significant aspects.
  • Within 30 days of receiving the product if it suffers a performance failure.

Exclusions from Replacement

Replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The request is made more than 15 calendar days after receiving the product.
  • No valid proof of purchase is provided, or the proof is altered.
  • The returned product is missing original accessories or packaging or contains items damaged due to user error.
  • The product is tested by LasGoo and found to have no defects.
  • The product is damaged due to unauthorized use, modifications, improper installation, or exposure to moisture or foreign objects.
  • Product labels or serial numbers have been tampered with.
  • The product is damaged due to external factors (e.g., fire, flood, extreme weather conditions).
  • The returned product is not sent back within 7 calendar days after replacement confirmation.
  • No proof of damage during transit is provided.
  • Any other circumstances outlined in this policy.

Replacement Process

  1. Contact LasGoo After-Sales Support within 15 calendar days of receiving the product.
  2. Your request will be reviewed, and confirmation will be sent if approved.
  3. If the replacement is due to a performance fault, LasGoo will cover two-way shipping costs.

Warranty Policy

Eligibility for Warranty Service

You may request warranty service if your product experiences a performance failure within the effective warranty period.

Exclusions from Replacement

Before Requesting After-Sales Service

Before requesting after-sales service, please ensure:

  • Any additional parts, modifications, or attachments not covered under warranty are removed.
  • The product or part is free of legal restrictions preventing its replacement.
  • If you are not the product owner, obtain authorization from the owner to request warranty service.
